Post reversion I can't imagine using the same tongue that receives our Blessed Lord in Holy Communion almost daily to also curse. Now in Jersey traffic I won't say that one or two minor inappropriate expletives hasn't slipped, but it's rare and God gets an immediate "I'm sorry!"<br />Look forward to your posts on this.<br />Oh and as for using Jesus's sacred name to curse, most people who know me know better than to do that in my presence; I rarely let it go unnoticed. OK I'll stop now :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15124468084334204166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3546669001225154187.post-5916537693542210732009-09-27T14:38:43.429-07:002009-09-27T14:38:43.429-07:00That must have been some homily! Father James Garisto gave a homily (oh how I remember it) on how vile it was. I vowed to stop. I haven't cursed in more than 10 years. It is vile. It is inappropriate and yes, it is a sin. You could be violating any one of the commandments every time you say one.Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10766570327412733958noreply@blogger.com
